Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, we do offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange for a return or exchange.
